GitHub Mobile: Faster, more flexible agent assignment from issues

GitHub Mobile now makes it easier to delegate work with a new Assign an Agent option in the issue overflow menu, so you can get started more quickly.

When assigning an agent, you can now add custom instructions and choose a different repository for more control over how work gets delegated. These same options are also available when creating a new issue, making it easier to hand off work without leaving your flow.

These updates streamline how you assign work to agents in GitHub Mobile, with more flexibility built right into issue creation and issue management.

This is now available on the latest production build of GitHub Mobile on iOS and Android.
