Updated Copilot input on the home dashboard

We updated the Copilot input at the top of the home dashboard to introduce commands and improve the overall user experience.

What’s new

• Commands: Users can start Copilot commands by using the / trigger. For example, users can start agent tasks by starting their prompt with /task.
• Prompt suggestions: Directly beneath the input, users will find suggested commands. Clicking the suggestion will populate the input with a command.
• Attachments and references: Users can attach files or references (e.g., repositories) from a dropdown in the input.
