Dependabot adds virtual network (vNet) support for security and version updates in public preview

In the context of GitHub Actions runners, virtual network (vNet) is an Azure Virtual Network that provides network isolation, enhanced security, and private connectivity for runners deployed in a controlled environment. This allows Actions runners to securely access internal resources while maintaining network-level governance.

Now available in public preview, Dependabot can operate within a vNet when executing dependency updates in either self-hosted or GitHub-hosted runner environments.
