Credential Authorizations API

GitHub Enterprise Cloud organization owners can now list all and revoke any SSO-whitelisted personal access tokens or SSH keys via the API. Each credential has a unique identifier and lists when it has been authorized, which will allow administrators the ability to revoke tokens authorized after a specified date.
